Our coaching and consulting firm is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Business Coach to support and guide our Indian clients in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Business Coach, you will work with Indian professionals to help them achieve their personal and professional goals, enhance their leadership skills, and develop successful business strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with Indian clients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
- Create customized coaching plans based on individual needs and goals
- Provide guidance and support in developing effective communication skills, time management techniques, and leadership abilities
- Assist clients in identifying potential challenges or obstacles in achieving their goals and develop strategies to overcome them
- Offer valuable insights and advice on business strategies, networking opportunities, and career advancement opportunities in Al-Khor
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the business world to provide relevant advice to clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Coach or Consultant working with Indian professionals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of the Indian culture, business practices, and challenges faced by professionals working in Al-Khor
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds
