Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Experience managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $1 million USD
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia is preferred
- Fluency in English is preferred

Salary: $900 USD per month
