Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh. Our company is looking for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to final completion. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring that all necessary resources are allocated
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting and cost control measures
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on construction sites at all times
- Oversee subcontractor selection and coordination
- Prepare regular reports on project status for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Riyadh (or similar city)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in project management software is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Riyadh. However, we welcome candidates from Canada (or similar country) who meet the requirements.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours, Monday to Friday. However, some flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines.
