Construction Manager - Remish


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Remish. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to coordinating and supervising the construction process. Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of construction workers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Manage budget and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Biometric passport (preferred)
