A bustling cafe in Balzers is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating delicious drinks and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working condition
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with customers using our POS system
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt service to all customers
- Be familiar with menu offerings and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different brewing methods for coffee and tea
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein (Indian nationals preferred)

Accommodation: Not provided (candidates must arrange their own accommodation)
