We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere for guests by overseeing cleanliness standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management, staffing, budgeting, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local food trends and customer preferences
- Proficient in English (German language skills are an asset)
