A reputable Indian restaurant in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- Train, mentor, and manage staff to ensure high quality service
- Create schedules and delegate tasks to team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and service standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase sales
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
