Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and financial performance
- Train and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality standards
- Create schedules and manage staffing levels to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supply levels
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure quality food preparation and presentation
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Previous experience working in Abu Dhabi or other international locations
Salary: 1100$ per month + accommodation
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
