Personal Trainer

A well-established fitness center in Al Ahmadi is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating customized fitness plans for clients, providing one-on-one training sessions, and motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized training plans for clients based on their goals, limitations, and abilities
- Provide one-on-one training sessions to clients, ensuring proper form and technique
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness journey
- Monitor progress of clients and make necessary adjustments to training plans
- Motivate and encourage clients to maintain consistency in their workouts
- Demonstrate exercises and assist with modifications as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Keep up-to-date with current fitness trends, techniques, and research

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in personal training preferred
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Passion for health and fitness with the ability to inspire others
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on client needs and goals
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
