Administrative Manager for Canadian Company in Abu Dhabi
As the Administrative Manager for our Canadian company in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your main duties will include managing office supplies, organizing and scheduling meetings, maintaining records and databases, and handling any inquiries or issues from clients or employees.
As a contract position, we are seeking someone who is able to work independently and efficiently. While English language skills are not required for this role, fluency in French would be considered an asset due to our Canadian clientele. We are also open to candidates without previous administrative experience as long as they are willing to learn and have a strong work ethic.
