Sales Manager - Acre, Kenya
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Acre, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Set and achieve sales targets for the team
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive strategies
- Train and motivate sales team members to achieve their targets
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the African market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other local languages is a plus
Salary: 1000$ per month
Working Hours: Full-time
