Office Assistant - Vianden, Luxembourg


We are hiring an Office Assistant for our company based in Vianden, Luxembourg. This position is suitable for men with previous experience in office administration and no English language skills are required.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your duties will include organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, answering phone calls and emails, and assisting with other office tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Please note that this job does not provide accommodation or cover visa expenses. It is suitable for Indian candidates who are already living in Vianden or have a valid work permit for Luxembourg.
