Architectural Technologist - Beer-Sheva, Israel
A reputable architecture firm in Beer-Sheva is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our architects and designers to produce technical drawings and plans for various construction projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed technical drawings and plans
- Perform site visits to gather information for drawings and verify accuracy of existing plans
- Use software such as AutoCAD and Revit to produce high-quality technical drawings
- Ensure all plans comply with building codes, regulations, and client specifications
- Create 3D models and renderings to aid in the design process
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
