Administrative Manager
The Administrative Manager will oversee and manage all administrative operations for our company in Triesen. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and a proven track record of effectively managing teams and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Ensure efficient functioning of office systems, including phone lines, internet connectivity, and computer systems
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support when needed
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations
- Conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff
- Plan and organize company events, such as conferences or team building activities
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise in the office
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in office management or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
