Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Mecca. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and structures to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other important data. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate survey data for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using a variety of equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Create accurate maps, drawings, and reports based on survey data
- Analyze survey results and provide recommendations for construction or development projects
- Collaborate with other professionals to determine boundary lines, easements, and other important land information
- Utilize computer software for data collection, analysis, and presentation
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Strong mathematical skills for precise calculations
- Proficient in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Indian nationality preferred
