Hotel Sales Manager (Malayalee Preferred)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a high-end hotel in Beer-Sheva. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify and pursue potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to create attractive packages and promotions for potential customers
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
- Prepare sales reports and present them to management on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

We offer competitive salary of $1300/month with additional bonuses based on performance. Accommodation will also be provided.
