Florist for Contract Position in Ufa, Russia


We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday orders. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month, with the potential for growth and development within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique and visually appealing floral arrangements according to client preferences and specifications
- Sourcing and selecting high-quality flowers and plants from local suppliers
- Maintaining the freshness and quality of flowers by regularly watering, pruning, and caring for them
- Managing inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of materials needed for daily operations
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their floral selections and fulfilling special requests
- Collaborating with other team members to plan and execute large-scale events or projects
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and provide innovative designs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or similar role
- Excellent design skills with a strong eye for color, texture, and composition
- Knowledge of various types of flowers, their care instructions, and seasonal availability
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Creativity, flexibility, and adaptability to create unique designs based on client requests or budget constraints
