Office Assistant - Beer-Sheva, Israel
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office staff. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$, suitable for Pakistani and Nepali candidates who are fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and placing orders when needed
- Organize and schedule appointments for managers and staff members
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested by the management team
- Keep track of office expenses and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Ensure all files are properly maintained and confidential information is protected
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy level
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience as an office assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
