Office Assistant/Receptionist


We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant/Receptionist. This is a full-time position located in Beer-Sheva, Israel, and we welcome candidates of Pakistani nationality who are fluent in English.

As an Office Assistant/Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within our organization. This includes answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate parties, managing emails and correspondence, organizing meetings and appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and has strong communication skills. While previous experience is preferred, it is not required for this position. We are willing to provide training for the right candidate.

This role does not include accommodation, so we prefer candidates who are already based in Beer-Sheva or have their own housing arrangements.
