We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Shan, Nepal. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through developing and implementing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in hotel sales or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and market trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Salary: $900 per month

This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to have their own visa. Nepali nationals are preferred for this role.
