Pakistani Chef - Riyadh

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Pakistani dishes according to our restaurant's standards and recipes
- Ensure all food is cooked and presented to the highest quality, with attention to detail
- Monitor and maintain kitchen inventory levels and equipment
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures
- Collaborate with management on menu planning, cost control, and special events
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques used in Pakistani dishes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1400$ per month (plus potential for tips/gratuities)
