Indian Cuisine Chef

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team in Jizan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating authentic and flavorful Indian dishes and be able to manage a busy kitchen. As an Indian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for planning menus, ordering ingredients, and overseeing the preparation and presentation of all Indian dishes. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan menus that feature a variety of traditional Indian dishes
- Order high-quality ingredients from reliable suppliers
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all Indian dishes
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to food safety standards
- Monitor food inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine along with experience creating modern twists on classic dishes
- Ability to manage a busy kitchen while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Experience ordering ingredients from suppliers and managing inventory levels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise kitchen staff
