Office Assistant (Nepali Speaking) - El-Ain, UAE
We are a reputable company in El-Ain, UAE looking for a competent and organized Office Assistant from Nepal. This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month and includes accommodation and visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails
- Organize and maintain office documents, records, and files
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist in coordinating meetings and events
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali language with good communication skills in English
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to legally work in the UAE
