Office Assistant - El-Ain, UAE
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and providing general support to the office staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for the office staff
- Ordering office supplies as needed
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and record keeping
- Providing general support to the office staff as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a valid visa to work in UAE
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate.
