Clairvaux's premier architectural firm is seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our growing team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings in the city of Clairvaux. This role requires a deep understanding of historical architecture, as well as knowledge of modern building techniques and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings to determine preservation needs
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to local and national regulations
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution
- Utilize cutting-edge technology to accurately document existing conditions and proposed changes
- Oversee the implementation of preservation plans, including construction oversight and quality control
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with plans and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in historic preservation projects
- In-depth knowledge of architectural history, materials, and techniques used in historical buildings
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD or Revit is preferred
- Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one is required

We offer competitive salary starting at 1400$ per month, depending on experience. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates if needed.
