Customer Service Representative



We are a fast-paced and growing call center based in Medina, seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This includes answering incoming calls, responding to emails and chat messages, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience in customer service or call center environment
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers professionally and courteously
- Respond to email and chat messages promptly with accurate information
- Identify and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed
- Follow up with customers on pending issues or requests
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

City:
This position is based in Medina, so we prefer candidates who are currently residing in the city or willing to relocate.
