Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and customer service-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance and support to our guests and residents.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out process and provide necessary information about the property
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, events, or other services as requested by guests
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, and other points of interest to assist guests with their plans
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately following established procedures
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, and maintaining guest records

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Office applications; experience with hotel management software is a plus

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The work schedule may include weekends and holidays as per the needs of the property. This position does not require English language proficiency.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
