Executive Chef


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Jeddah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, and leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for food and creativity, as well as excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and create new dishes that meet quality standards
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events or special functions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for kitchen staff
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and introduce new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, flavors, and presentation styles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
-Education from a culinary school is preferred but not required
Salary: 1600$ per month
