Facade Specialist



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Balzers. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of building exteriors, with a focus on aesthetic appeal and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and assess facade conditions
- Develop detailed designs and specifications for new facades or renovation projects
- Oversee installation and construction processes, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to contractors
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure proper functioning of facades
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to improve design and performance of facades
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of facades into building design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in facade design and construction
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong knowledge of facade materials such as glass, aluminum, steel, etc.
- Proficient in CAD software for 2D/3D design
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer competitive salary of 1200$ per month. This is a full-time position but we are open to part-time options for the right candidate. This position does not require prior work experience or accommodation as long as the candidate has their own valid visa.
