Senior Architect


We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Balzers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will also collaborate with other architects and engineers to develop innovative solutions for complex design challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating functional and visually stunning structures. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$, and we welcome applications from talented architects of all nationalities.

As a Senior Architect, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the design process from conception to completion
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Developing detailed architectural plans, drawings, and models
- Ensuring that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Managing project budgets and timelines
- Leading a team of architects, engineers, and contractors
- Conducting site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control
- Researching new materials and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
