Construction Manager - Vianden, Luxembourg

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Manage project budgets and costs
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on project status
- Oversee construction quality control processes
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is being done according to plans
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
