Instrument Technician - Wiltz, Luxembourg



We are currently seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of instruments and equipment used in our facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair various instruments such as gauges, transmitters, controllers, and analyzers
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Calibrate instruments using appropriate tools and techniques
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with other team members to coordinate work schedules

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in a industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with various types of instruments used in a manufacturing facility
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus
