IT Manager



Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our growing team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including managing a team of technicians and specialists
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security and efficiency of the company's technology systems
- Plan and manage the budget for IT projects and equipment
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on all hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technology needs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements for the company's systems

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, data storage systems, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
- Proficient in project management principles and tools
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
- Experience working with remote teams
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python
