Merchandiser (Indian Nationals) - Beer-Sheva, Israel



We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in the most attractive and effective way possible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand product positioning and target audience.
- Create visually appealing displays to showcase products in-store.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placement.
- Train store employees on proper merchandising techniques.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred.
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Beer-Sheva, Israel. However, we welcome applications from candidates of any nationality who are currently living in or willing to relocate to Beer-Sheva.
