Sales Manager for Indian and Filipino Nationals in Al-Rayyan


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and profitability in the Indian and Filipino communities. Your main goal will be to drive sales growth by building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach target markets in the Indian and Filipino communities
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and events
- Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and competitors' activities
- Conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian or Filipino markets
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients from different cultural backgrounds
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the Indian/Filipino communities
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi/Tagalog is a plus)

Salary: 1100$ per month + commission on sales

Location: Al-Rayyan

Employment Type: Contract (renewable)
