Job Title: Sales Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are in search of a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and leading a team of sales representatives. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Lead the sales team to achieve set targets and provide guidance when needed
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to make informed business decisions
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable about market trends and competitor activity in the industry
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
