Cashier - Salalah, Oman


We are in need of a reliable and efficient Cashier to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, processing payments, and ensuring accurate cash management. The ideal candidate should have strong math skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Scan items and process payments accurately
- Maintain knowledge of products and promotions
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Count money in cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift to ensure correct amount
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate manager
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with inventory management as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in basic math skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:
Salalah is the capital city of the Dhofar Governorate in Oman. It is known for its beautiful beaches, historical sites, and lush greenery. It is also home to the famous Al Baleed Archaeological Park.

Suitable For:
This job is suitable for men who have previous experience as a cashier. Fluency in English is required.
