Merchandiser Supervisor
City: Remish, Nepal


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Remish, Nepal. As the Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all merchandising activities for our company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills to effectively work with suppliers, retailers, and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to meet company goals
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or discontinuation of products
- Train and mentor junior merchandisers in product selection, pricing, and display techniques
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising plans accordingly
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in retail or wholesale industry is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of inventory management software is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
