Merchandiser Supervisor

The Merchandiser Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the merchandising department, ensuring that merchandise is displayed and promoted in accordance with company standards. They will be responsible for managing a team of merchandisers, providing guidance and training as needed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the merchandising team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Train new team members on company standards and procedures
- Ensure that merchandise is displayed according to company guidelines and product placement strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional strategies for products
- Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising displays and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate with store managers to address any issues or concerns related to merchandising
- Track sales performance of merchandise and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility with work schedule, including weekends and evenings if needed

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Remish, India
