Our retail company is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Acre, Israel. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and presented in an appealing and organized manner. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute merchandising strategies that will attract customers and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective merchandising plans for new and existing products
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure that products are displayed correctly and shelves are fully stocked
- Implement visual merchandising techniques to create attractive product displays
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overstock situations to the appropriate teams
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement and pricing strategies
- Train store staff on proper product display techniques and provide them with information about new products
- Build strong relationships with store managers/owners to ensure our products are given prime placement in stores

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or visual merchandising is an asset but not required
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
