Senior Architect - Beer-Sheva, Israel



We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Senior Architect in our dynamic architecture firm based in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and planning of large-scale projects, mentoring and supervising junior architects, and managing client relationships.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully completing complex projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to completion for large-scale projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative design solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery
- Mentor junior architects by providing guidance on design principles, techniques, and software applications
- Oversee construction documents preparation and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, consultants, and local authorities as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position. In addition to salary compensation, we also provide benefits such as health insurance coverage.

We understand the importance of work-life balance for our employees. As such, we provide accommodation for our out-of-town employees who are relocating to Beer-Sheva.
