We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and public buildings.
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements and budget.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and comply with building codes and regulations.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are executed accurately and according to specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
