Job Title: Gardener Supervisor

We are a landscaping company based in Jerusalem and we are seeking a skilled Gardener Supervisor to join our team. As the Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the gardening activities of our team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate gardening projects, including planting, pruning, and maintenance
- Train and supervise gardening staff, providing guidance and direction
- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and used safely
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain records of garden designs, schedules, and expenses

Requirements:
- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is required
- Strong knowledge of plants, their care, and proper gardening techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino language skills preferred)
- Ability to lead a team effectively and work well under pressure
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
