Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Remish. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining exterior building facades. This is a full-time position that requires prior experience in the field and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have their own visa and be available to work on projects throughout the city.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to blueprints and design specifications
- Repair damaged or worn facades using various tools and techniques
- Perform regular maintenance on existing facades to ensure they are in good condition
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with facades, such as leaks or cracks
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure proper installation and maintenance of facades
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of various facade materials, such as glass, metal, stone, and concrete
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy materials and working at heights
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
