A reputable land surveying company in Ajman is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and within a team. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in land surveying and be familiar with the latest surveying technology and techniques. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, including free visa and ticket. Indians are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant data
- Using advanced surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Creating accurate maps, plans, and reports based on survey data
- Analyzing data to identify any discrepancies or errors
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
- Maintaining accurate records of all surveys and projects
- Managing survey crews and delegating tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Valid driver's license
