Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and place orders when necessary
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Clean work area and equipment after each shift
- Train new staff members on baking techniques and recipes
- Follow all safety procedures while handling food products

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a baker in a bakery or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of different types of breads, pastries, and baked goods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and scales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to ensure products are ready at specific times
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
