Mason Supervisor - Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of masons in the construction of various structures and buildings. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of masons in the construction of buildings, walls, and other structures.
- Plan and organize work schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to safety regulations and standards.
- Train and mentor new or less experienced masons.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the team and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other team members.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role.
- Proven experience in overseeing construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
