We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial and residential buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Install plumbing systems and fixtures according to blueprints and specifications
- Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning plumbing fixtures such as pipes, valves, faucets, sinks, toilets, etc.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing system issues
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with other construction professionals such as electricians and carpenters to complete projects
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations when working on job sites
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in both commercial and residential settings
- Trade school certification in plumbing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
