We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Librarian to join our team at our library in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. This full-time position is suitable for men and offers a competitive salary of 1200$. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a library setting and possess excellent organizational and research skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the library's collection of books, periodicals, and other materials
- Assist patrons with finding resources and conducting research
- Develop and implement programs and events to promote the library's services to the community
- Maintain accurate records of library inventory and circulation
- Oversee the daily operations of the library, including opening/closing procedures
- Train and supervise library assistants or volunteers
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in literature, technology, and library services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field preferred
- Previous experience working in a library setting required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems for cataloging, circulation, and research purposes
