Network and Systems Administrator

As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance and configuration of our computer systems and networks. You will ensure that our systems are running smoothly, troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and implement necessary updates or upgrades. This role also involves monitoring network performance, identifying potential security threats, and implementing solutions to prevent or mitigate them. You will work closely with other IT team members to support our company's technology infrastructure. This position is open to candidates of Indian nationality, with a salary of $1100 per month. The job is located in Shan, with a contract and visa sponsorship provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues or outages
- Maintain and configure computer systems, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls
- Install necessary software updates or upgrades to ensure system security and efficiency
- Identify potential security threats and implement appropriate measures to prevent or mitigate them
- Collaborate with other IT team members to provide technical support for employees
- Document all system configurations, changes, and updates for future reference
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery tests
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends related to network administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Proven experience in maintaining computer systems and networks
- Strong knowledge of network diagnostics tools (e.g. Wireshark)
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows Server, Linux)
- Experience in configuring firewalls, routers, switches
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
